About Me

Ian Sta. Maria is currently a 26-year-old medical doctor from the Philippines. She was a BS Psychology graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University and finished her medical degree at UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. At a young age, she has participated in various journalism events which cultivated her passion and hobby for writing and sharing her experiences. Aside from being the editor-in-chief in her school paper back in high school, Ian was also part of the Candy Magazine Council of Cool 2014 in college and has contributed articles for Candy Magazine as well as for their online website. She has also participated in various campaigns and magazine spreads by Candy Magazine.

While Ian has an inclination for writing about anything out of the blue, her constant love for travelling was one of the reasons why she created her blog in November 2016 as a travel blog. She enjoys travelling the world one country at a time while off duty.

At the moment, she has been to over 26 provinces in the Philippines, over 38 countries around the world and to 5 continents!
